Rindo (りんどう) – Bulk Edition is the industry-standard culinary-grade matcha from Marukyu Koyamaen, the eighth-generation tea master in Uji, Kyoto. Engineered specifically for high-temperature confectionery applications, this professional baking matcha delivers exceptional color fastness under heat, sharp robust flavor that cuts clearly through rich butter and cream, and brilliant green color retention—making it the definitive choice for commercial bakeries, ice cream manufacturers, and pastry operations demanding consistent, heat-stable matcha performance.

Why Rindo for Your Business:

  • Exceptional Heat Stability: Industry-leading color fastness under high-temperature baking—maintains vibrant green color through cookies, pound cakes, and high-heat applications where other matchas turn brown.
  • Ideal for: Professional bakeries specializing in matcha cookies and pound cakes, ice cream manufacturers, pastry shops, confectioneries, commercial dessert operations, and high-volume baking facilities requiring heat-stable matcha with consistent color and flavor performance.
  • Sharp, Robust Flavor: Bold, bright green vegetal notes with coffee-like bitterness and significant astringency—cuts clearly through rich butter, cream, sugar, and chocolate without losing matcha identity.
  • Professional Baking Standard: The go-to matcha for confectioneries across Japan—trusted by professional bakers for cookies, pound cakes, ice cream, tiramisu, white chocolate ganache, and premium desserts.
  • Brilliant Color Retention: Bright green color that stays vibrant through baking processes—creates visually stunning products that photograph beautifully and attract customers.
  • Harmonious Balance: Well-balanced astringency and fragrance despite strong flavor—enhances other ingredients rather than overpowering, allowing matcha to be the key component.
  • All-Rounder Performance: Versatile across baking, cold applications, and strong lattes—works beautifully in both high-temperature and no-bake applications.
  • Cost-Effective Volume: Affordable culinary pricing with professional-grade performance—approximately 250 servings per 500g bag, 500 servings per 1kg bag for high-volume bakery operations.
  • Award-Winning Heritage: From Marukyu Koyamaen, established 1704, trusted by Japan's top confectioneries and ice cream manufacturers—over 300 years of stone-grinding expertise.
