Shipping policy

Thank you for your order from Kanso Tea! We are excited to get our carefully selected teas to your doorstep. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays).

We work diligently to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. During periods of high order volume, such as holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is packed and has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your USPS tracking number, which you can use to follow your package's journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system after you receive the email.

U.S. & Canada Shipping Rates and Delivery

We ship all domestic orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rate will depend on the weight of your package and your location. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days for U.S. shipments, and longer for Canada depending on customs clearance.

We are pleased to offer Free economy shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (up to $7). The subtotal must be $75 or more after any discounts are applied.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside of our control. These delays do not qualify for order cancellation or refund.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Important Information

Incorrect Shipping Address: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout. Kanso Tea is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at the customer's expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Kanso Tea is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Customers should file a claim directly with USPS for resolution.

Order Status: If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kanso-tea.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
